Sara Brindisi
Since graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Fashion Design, Sara has dedicated her time to teaching sewing, knitting, crochet and many other handcrafts to the youth and adults of Fairfield County, CT. The amazing handwork studio, Make-Modern, is bringing traditional craft back and making it accessible and modern.
Meanwhile, through commissions, she has continued designing and producing high quality evening and daywear. Her focus is high end women’s wear with emphasis on making femininity modern. Much of her inspiration comes from her travels, having had the opportunity to live and study in Florence, Italy as well as Barcelona, Spain.
